Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") govern the use of Onbo Hub (hereinafter "the Service") operated by WWCorp Inc. (hereinafter "we" or "the Company"). By using the Service, you agree to all provisions of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service. If you are a minor, please obtain parental consent before using the Service.

Important: Important: The Japanese version of these Terms is the official version. Translations are provided for reference only, and in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Service Overview

Onbo Hub is a platform that collects and publishes onboarding flows (first-launch user experiences) of mobile apps.

We may change, add, or discontinue service content without prior notice. The Service may also be temporarily suspended for system maintenance.

2. Account

Registration

An account is required to use certain features of the Service. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Registration with false information is prohibited.

Account management

Keep your password secure and do not disclose it to third parties. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

One account per user

Creating multiple accounts is generally prohibited. An exception is made when clearly distinguishing personal and business use.

3. Permitted Use

Personal & business use

Service content may be used for UX design reference, research, learning, and business analysis purposes.

Plan-based access

Free plan users have limited screenshot access. Upgrading to a paid plan unlocks all features without restrictions.

Lawful use

Please use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion without prior notice.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of content
Mass data collection via scraping or automated tools
Unauthorized access to other users or third parties, or impersonation
Activities that place excessive load on Service servers
Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
Registration or submission of false information
Fraud or phishing activities through the Service
Distribution of malware or exploitation of vulnerabilities
Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

5. Fees & Payment

Paid plans

The Service offers an annual plan and a one-time purchase plan. Fees for each plan are as listed on the pricing page.

Payment method

Payments are made by credit card via Stripe. Payment information is securely managed by Stripe.

Auto-renewal (annual plan)

Annual plans automatically renew at the end of the contract period. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel at least 3 days before the end of your contract period.

Refund policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Service has been used minimally. To request a refund, please contact info@wwcorp.co.jp.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change pricing. Price changes will take effect from the next renewal cycle and will be communicated in advance via email.

6. Intellectual Property

Our content

Intellectual property rights in the design, logo, text, database, and software of the Service belong to the Company or its rightful owners.

App screenshots

Screenshots of apps are the property of their respective copyright holders. The Service provides access for UX design research and reference purposes and respects the rights of all parties. Please contact info@wwcorp.co.jp to report any intellectual property concerns.

License scope

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and business purposes, valid only within the conditions set forth in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding:

  • β€’Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service
  • β€’Accuracy, completeness, or currency of Service content
  • β€’Achievement of specific results through use of the Service
  • β€’Suitability of the Service for any particular purpose

Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Company during the 3 months preceding the claim, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Termination

Termination by you

You may delete your account at any time. For paid plans, you may continue using the Service until the end of your contract period after cancellation.

Termination by us

We may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice in case of violations of these Terms or when deemed necessary. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension.

Service discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service. In such cases, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to improve the Service, in response to legal changes, or as otherwise necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via email and post the changes on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
