An app created by Evan Yadegari, 14-year-old brother of Zach Yadegari, founder of "Cal AI". It's a habit-building app that surpassed $13k per month in revenue. Seriously, both brothers are geniuses.
UX Highlights
While the onboarding follows a standard format, what stands out is how it creates an atmosphere similar to starting a game by having users input a character's gender and name at the beginning. Additionally, there's a section on the 8th screen where users are asked to press and hold their finger for 3 seconds to reveal a card, actively engaging users with actions early on.
Monetization
A weekly plan at ¥1,100 and an annual plan (¥96 per week) are presented. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. I believe the key is how well we can guide users toward the annual plan. When users attempt to cancel, an even cheaper 35% off plan is presented.
