A learning app for kids aged 2 to 6 that teaches letters, numbers and language through games and worksheets. Released in 2020, with 93K ratings. It promises "balanced screen time" and pitches itself as a way to turn video-watching time into learning time.
Onboarding is about 35 screens. The mascot asks the child's age, name and learning goals in chat bubbles, and lets the child pick a buddy character. It inserts a before/after graph against video-watching and quotes from research, and asks Yes/No questions even during the personalization loading. There's a parental gate (entering a birth year) at the start and before purchase.
Three plans: a free trial (1 week), weekly and 6 months, with the weekly plan selected by default and marked "SAVE 50%". The button also reads "Get my 50% OFF!". The screens right before promise "7 days free" and a trial reminder, yet the paywall steers users to the discounted weekly plan.
