UX Highlights
The onboarding is about 20 screens, with music playing throughout. A distinctive touch is that it asks users to pick their biggest struggle right now (anxiety, loneliness, addiction, etc.) and then offers a free-text screen to "invite God into what you're going through." It continues with questions about denomination, age, and gender, an introduction to the home screen widget, a Bible verse screen, and a slider asking how close you feel to God. Near the end, users pick 5 stories, and after an analysis loading screen, the app presents "stories chosen for what you're facing," each with an explanation tied to the struggle they selected.
Monetization
Offers two options — a weekly plan or an annual plan (SAVE 86%) — and pushes the annual plan. The paywall after onboarding does not mention a free trial. Closing the paywall shows an offer with the message "Don't let price stand in your way," cutting the annual plan price in half.
